Refunds & Cancellations

Your purchase affirms your commitment and we strive to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that life happens.

Please review the general guidelines outlined below in addition to the Returns & Cancellation specifically associated with the product you purchased. Any requests for refunds and cancellations outside of these guidelines will be considered on an individual basis by writing to support@katherinewoodwardthomas.com.

Returns & Cancellation Guidelines:

Digital Courses or Workshops (with no live component): Due to the digital nature of this course, there are no refunds available.

Digital Courses (with portions delivered Live on Zoom): If for any reason you decide the course is not for you, you have until 11:59pm Pacific on 7th day after the course begins to contact us at support@katherinewoodwardthomas.com to request a refund. There are no refunds or cancellations available after this date.

Certified Coach Trainings: The Coach Training Refund & Cancellation policy varies with each cohort’s start date. Please review the Coach Training Information Pages and your purchase receipt. 

True You Membership: For annual membership purchases, you are eligible for a full refund within 24 hours of your completed annual payment.  Within 30 days of your payment, you are eligible for a 50% refund of your completed annual payment. After 30 days, there are no refunds or cancellations available for annual membership fees paid through June 2026.

If you are on a recurring monthly payment plan, you may cancel your True You Membership at any time with 30 days written notice. To provide notice of cancellation, please email us at Support@KatherineWoodwardThomas.com.
