Manifesting Miracles this Holiday Season

In preparation for 2025, many of us are already thinking about the miracles we hope to create in the coming year; good health, true love, financial freedom, or the birth of a child.

When considering the hungers of your own heart, notice the energies and emotions you’re swimming in. If your heart is heavy with sorrow, or your belly churning with fear, consider that you are anchored in lack and limitation. Yet to manifest miracles, you’ll want to begin with an expanded sense of possibility. Setting aside the “how will it happen” question, and letting your imagination soar by trying on the possible future, as though it’s already happening now.

Here are 5 Steps you can take to step this expanded sense of possibility to co-create the miracles you’re yearning for.

5 Steps of Manifestation

1. Connect with the Part of You that Knows the Universe Loves You & Has Your Back. Connect with the part of you that has faith in a benevolent Universe. The part deep down that intuitively knows you are seen, supported and loved.

Create a Power Statement that reflects this loving connection you have with a power greater than yourself.

For example,

“I am known, seen, supported, valued
and loved by my Higher Power.”

Meditate on your Power Statement until you feel the truth of it in your body.

2. Welcome Your Deep Desires. From this sense of connection and faith, welcome and name the desires you feel in your body.

Drop your awareness down into your belly and ask yourself these four questions:

“What do I most deeply desire to experience?”

“What do I most deeply desire to express?”

“What do I most deeply desire to create?”

“What do I most deeply desire to contribute?”

Welcome your desires with a sense of possibility, play and pleasure. As you name each desire, imagine that you already have that which you desire to create.

3. Go Within to Listen for Your Next Steps.  Be open and receptive to the subtleties of your own inner knowing, listening for the instruction of how to co-create the fulfillment of the miracles you desire.

Notice when you feel the energies come alive within you, and when you feel flat and uninspired. What inspired risks are tugging at you? What exciting hunches are you having?

Pay attention to your own deeper knowing and act on these impulses, recognizing that the voice of God is rarely a thunderstorm, and usually a still, small knowing at the base of your spine or in the pit of your stomach.

4. Sense into a Possible Future & Live Backwards From There. Your desired future is the destination you want to begin organizing around and moving toward. As though that future is a bright and beautiful North Star, begin finding your way toward it, releasing everything that’s incongruent with that future, and adding those things that draw you toward it.

Be ruthless in designing your life from that future backwards, aspiring to become who you would need to be to manifest and sustain that future.

Whenever you encounter a disappointment, obstacle or delay, look to see how it is helping to grow you closer to the fulfillment of your future.

5. Hold Space for the Unimagined.  Look for evidence that Life is supporting you to fulfill that future, recognizing the possibilities arising each day that could lead you in that direction.

Don’t be too attached to what that future might look like, so as to not limit that which can come to you. Often, we hold out a cup when Life is wanting to bring an entire ocean of blessings our way. Cultivate faith and keep watch for the opening, knowing that the future could actually be more than you were asking to receive.

Now for the mastery part. Manifestation practices are about awakening to the power we possess to create an unprecedented future. Yet, to do this at the level of mastery, you’ll want to expand your vision to include more than just yourself.

Don’t just ask,
“What do I want to create for me?”
without also asking,
“What am I here to create for us all?”

As change agents who care about the state of our world, we want our manifestation practice to include the following questions:

What is the world that’s
yearning to be born?

and

What steps can I take
to help birth this possible future
into the manifest world?

In waking up the power we’re holding to consciously create a positive, possible future, we want to remember that the true purpose of our power is to take our rightful place as leaders who are here to bless the world with greater truth, unity, integrity, goodness and love.

What My Differently-Abled Brother Taught Me About Love

I’ve always felt that attention was the currency of love. Yet, so too is emotional attunement, which we might receive from the most unlikely people. We’re so quick to put people into categories, and our worst offense is the limiting way we tend to view those who are differently-abled.

Why I Let Go of the Thing I Loved the Most

Nearly 30 ago, I stopped doing the thing I loved the most—singing. I let it go one bleak afternoon while pulled over on the side of the road in my old beat-up Toyota. Tears streaming down my face, I was convinced I just wasn’t good enough to keep going.

What It Took to Forgive My Father

I sat in the bleachers, eyes glued on my father as he dashed up and down the soccer field, somehow managing to keep up with 22 high school boys who were fiercely competing for a win.
