This intensive year long program will require you to commit to manifesting your purpose. You will be accountable with your fellow Circle members to being your highest possible selves to the contributions the world is yearning for.
The Leaders of Love Coaching Circle Includes:
Three Weekend Leadership Retreats
(Fridays 4-7 pm PT, Saturdays 9 – 5 pm PT)

In these intensive live retreats, you will receive the leadership distinctions and coaching to:

- Powerfully Align your stakeholders to support you
- Achieve Breakthrough Results that make a difference in the world
Twelve 90 minute Live Virtual Classroom Sessions
with Katherine
You will meet with Katherine for live 90 minute classroom sessions during the months between retreats to deepen into the principles and practices of Relational Leadership.
These live and interactive classrooms will provide ample opportunities to experience firsthand the power of the work and catapult you to the level of personal mastery in the area of Relational Leadership.
Twelve 90-minute Live Virtual Group Coaching Sessions
with Katherine
Two weeks after each retreat and/or classroom, you will meet with Katherine to deepen your understanding of the work, and grow your ability to apply the distinctions we’re engaging to your own work.
During these calls you will receive live coaching and peer support to empower you to apply the material.
Twelve Monthly Individual Coaching Calls with Katherine
Meet with Katherine for private one-on-one sessions each month. Over the course of a year, you will meet with her privately for 12 individual coaching sessions.
During these turbo charged private sessions, accelerate your ability to:
- Master living from a perpetual place of power and possibility
- Execute the actions that will lead to fulfillment of all you are standing to create.
Weekly Peer Support Group
You will receive Peer coaching to support you in achieving your dreams. Tapping into the strengths of your fellow Circle members will support you in being the best leader possible. You will meet weekly with a group of your peers who will support you and hold you accountable for being in action on your project using the Relational Leadership principles and practices.
A Private Online Learning Community
We will have a private Online Learning Community (OLC), which will serve as our Virtual Forum for the duration of our program.
This online community will be the platform for the emerging dialogue, shared learning and support among Circle members.
